If you accept the offer, please email your approval to repair. Then send me your device ensuring it is adequately protected by the original packaging or suitable packing material.
It is recommend, you place the device device into an unmarked box. I highly recommend insuring your parcel during shipping to protect it in case of any unexpected issues.

Once I receive your device and email approval to proceed with the repair, I will assign a job number to track its status.
Next, I will conduct the necessary diagnostics and tests to determine the cause of the issue. If the repair is within the quoted price, I will proceed with the work. However, if significant damage is found, I will send you an updated cost estimate via email for your approval before moving forward.
